Ever wondered how olives are picked etc? We picked ours today, to produce the 2018 vintage of our own "Autumn harvest" Extra Virgin Olive Oil. When you pick this early - the main harvest runs until Jan/Feb - you get half the volume of oil but it taste twice as good. Quality not quantity, the Casa Olea way!
